Have you ever known a secret that you thought you should tell? Did you tell? If you've never experienced this, what do you think it would be like to know a secret that you think is dangerous?

I have known a secret that I should tell. I did tell because no one else was going to tell. I thought I needed to tell. It was a pretty bad situation because to boys were fighting at a camp I went to and it wasn't just words they were hitting each other. So we split them up and I told the camp director.

Write a journal from the perspective of Romeo, Juliet, Friar Laurence or Nurse. It should take place after the end of Act II when Romeo and Juliet have been secretly married. Remember, you ARE this person writing what they would be thinking and feeling at this time. 3 PARAGRAPHS!

I just conducted a wedding today for Romeo and Juliet. They looked really happy. It's a good thing there parents don't know.

When there parents find out I don't want to be anywhere near them. It might lead to fighting. I hope the prince doesn't get mad.

What should I do? Should I go tell the parents. Should I stay here and wait to see what happens? I'll find out soon enough.

9th grade:Do you believe in Fate? Are there certain things in life that, once set in motion, are inevitable; things that cannot be stopped once they are started? The story of Romeo and Juliet implies that the path of their love and what happens to them is part of Fate's plan. Do you think this is possible?

I kind of believe in fate. There are some things that won't stop once they're set in motion but most things can and propably will stop.

I believe it is possible that they are part of Fate's plan. I wouldn't really know or care about it that much.

Benvolio

Everyone just keep getting more and more violent. I tried to break up a fight today between two Capulet servants and two montague servants. Then Tybalt comes and tries to fight me. Then lots of people start fighting. Then the prince comes and makes us all stop fighting. He threatens to execute us if we fight again. It's been a busy day.

Define true love. Do you believe it exists?(Hint: have you ever seen it? give an example. Why do you believe/not believe in it?)

I don't really have a definition of true love. I don't really know if it exists or not. I couldn't say if it exists or not.

True love might exist. It might not. I haven't really seen it and if I did see it I propably couldn't tell you if it was true love or not.

I haven't really seen true love so I can't really give any examples.

If you had one superpower, what would it be and why? (Hint: describe exactly what your power would be, why you would want that one, what you would use your power for, etc. Would you be good or evil? Would you use it just for fun or for a good cause?)

If I had any superpower I wanted, I would have super speed. That way I could go anywhere I wanted without a car. I could run faster than anyone and have lots of fun.

I would want super speed because its one of the coolest superpowers. You could do almost anything. You could go to France, Italy, Germany, England, and Spain.

I think I would also use my superpower for good like in the movies. I think it would be really fun to have a superpower.

Shakespeare

9th Grade: What comes to your mind when you hear the words, "Now we're going to read Shakespeare!" Do you cringe in fear? Do you giggle with glee? What past experiences have you had with Shakespeare to make you react the way you do?

I think I would cringe in fear. I really don't like Shakespeare. It is really confusing. All those Old English words make my head hurt.

I had to do a play once in 5th grade. I didn't understand most of it. I forgot my lines halfway through and couldn't stand the costumes with the puffy sleeves.

I hate reading or acting Shakespeare. I hate trying to write it to. Shakespeare is propably the most boring thing to read!
